Court Information and General Instructions - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Justice Fahy holds court on the second and third Wednesday of the month at 1:00 PM.
Justice Snow holds court on the second and third Thursday of each month at 9:00 AM.
The Court Clerk can be reached at 5858-728-3504 Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM until 2:00 PM
If you call the court and no one is available to take the call please leave a message. When leaving your message speak clearly, spell your last name, provide a ticket or case number and/or your date of birth so that we may review your case before returning your call. Please state the reason for your call and leave a call back number.
Fines are not imposed until a disposition has been reached on each case and it has been reviewed by the judge.
You may submit your plea by mail by signing your ticket in the GUILTY or NOT GUILTY section. Your plea must be received by your scheduled court date. You will recieve a response by mail.
You MUST appear in person at court for arraignment on the date and time you have been scheduled. The Public Defender and District Attorney are present only on those scheduled dates.
